Smile Live narrated 98-mile dogleg flight video

I dedicated this flight to the OHF and NorCal pilot, "The Big Guy" who was severely injured last year.

SBX614 - I hope everyone's Memorial Day turns out nice.

This 2-part video represents 2-1/2 years of effort to develop the flying skills and video techniques to give viewers a good POV inner experience of XC flight. Hopefully, this represents just the beginning.

During the week following my XC flight there was a slough of bad happenings all over the West Coast including 4 days in the hospital for yours truly following a dust devil-induced crash into a rock-strewn wash the very next day. I won't be flying for another 18 days or so but luckily nothing was broken or torn. No video but I have the audio track and the screaming the follows the crunching is pretty impressive. My new walker is the bomb. I'm going to replace the struts w/ salvaged sections of streamline downtube to psych out the elder-folk at the mall where we race.
