Default WesMar flying this weekend

If the field is not too soggy, who would be interested in flying Saturday. Light NE winds should make for high tows with early spring thermals lurking.

I would love to come out for a birthday flight, but I'll be out of town. Dang it man!
(Guess it wouldn't be a birthday flight until sunday, but I'll be out of town then too!

Well Craig, happy birthday! Maybe I should have checked the updated weather before I made this post. Looks now like it's going to be too windy for fun towing.

Me me me!

Yeah the forecast is a bit strong but I've been watching it all week and that wind speed changes every day.
If it starts to look promising and we can get scootzilla in position without getting it stuck I'll be there.

Oh yeah, Happy birthday craig and here's to the start of a new flying season. (sitting in a bar raising my beer for an Internet toast...why is everyone staring at me?)

Default This weekend

Would love to fly this weekend. Can I bring my due fee and sign a waiver there?

Well what's the verdict.

I personally prefer winds between 5-10 mph for towing but the forecast has wind speeds in the low teens.
Ever the HG optimist I'm curiouse to what the local guru's have to say.

Default Too windy

Looks like we need to wait another weekend to fly since strong winds are forecasted all weekend. It's enough to drive some of us crazy.
