Thanks! Saturday was really good as well. The Sylmar club has a Falcon Cross-country league and I was the only Falcon to make goal at 10.5 miles. Conditions were challenging and I doubled back and waited until it looked like I could reach goal without getting drilled like the other two who went for it and landed short. The rest all landed at the nearest LZ and never had the chance to go for the long glide required.

And once again, I hat my OHF hat along for the ride as well as the shade.

Default Camera mount

Great looking clips. What kind of a camera mount are you using?

Thanks. I made this mount from a Flytec bracket and an Ultrapod II mini-tripod that I cut down to just the head and enough leg to rivet to the tent pole I used for the boom. I swapped the flytec bracket elastic Velcro with the double-purchase webbing backed Velcro that you see here.

Perfect world! While Mel got to go to DSW to fantasysize on shoes, I got to fly again from from the comfort of my desk chair. Thanks for sharing Jonathan! Keep em coming! Hopefully I'll have something to show in the near future! Eric

Eric,
Glad I good provide some distraction from the Winter. I also did a 30-mile out and return yesterday: http://www.paraglidingforum.com/leonardo/flight/165422 & http://photos.imageevent.com/aero92/sylmar/2009-03-05-GE2.jpg

I hope to have the video done soon. On this flight I had not only my OHF hat but was wearing the shirt as well.
Cheers,
Jonathan

This year our club will be selling G-strings to amass funds. Du to the economy we are in, we are trying to do more with less. Little material, big bucks, great profit! We haven't quite got the model tuned in yet, but though you might be interested in being our manequin! You already have everything else. Imagine the benefit, light in weight and allow for good aeration! Sensation will be one of a kind. Isn't that what hang gliding is all about? ... Freedom! Eric
